The copper bar is still here. So are the buttoned leather booths, the pool table and the stage. We just stopped pulling pints for strangers and started handing the keys to you instead – for birthdays, work dos, launches, screenings, wakes, wrap parties, and the occasional film crew.

Up to 120 guests
Friday and Saturday is wet hire only, with a minimum bar spend (£1,750 up to 80 guests, £2,250 for full capacity) settled at the bar on the night. Monday to Thursday and Sundays, dry hire is available at £100/hour with no minimum spend. Either way, drinks are bought from our bar – nothing brought in, under our licence.

The spaces
Hire them all together, which is what most people do – or take the main bar and games room on their own and share the garden between you. The building runs front to back, so a party can spread out without ever feeling split up.
Copper top, six pumps, glazed brick front and stools. The room everyone gravitates to and nobody leaves.
Full-size pool table, cue rack, projector and screen, blackout curtains all round. Doubles as a screening room.
One covered garden at the rear, set back from the road behind the fence. Closes earlier than the main bar – 11pm weekdays, midnight Friday and Saturday – and it's where the smokers end up.

| How late can we go? | Depends on the night – last orders 11pm Mon–Wed, midnight Thursday, 12:30am Friday–Saturday, 10pm Sunday. Music stops 15 minutes before we have to clear the room. |

| Deposit and balance? | The full hire fee is paid upfront to secure your date – this is your deposit. Any minimum bar spend is settled at the bar on the night. |

Restaurants run concessions out of this building. Nothing arrives cold in the back of a van, because nothing has to travel.
Lebanese. Mezze, grills and wraps – the one that works for a room of a hundred without anybody queueing.
Chinese. Sichuan heat and comfort-food classics – the one people message each other about the next day.
Detroit pizza. Thick, crisp-edged squares by the pie – the one that turns up at every leaving do.
